What happens when the 1-year plan expires?
Access is automatically suspended. You can renew at any time and the plan is extended from the renewal date. Your data and students are kept for 30 additional days after expiry.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. The change takes effect on the next billing cycle.
Do students need to install anything?
No. SailVoyager works directly in the browser, on a computer or tablet. No installations, no downloads.
What does the 10-day free trial for schools include?
Full access to the plan of your choice for 10 days at no cost and with no commitment. No credit card. Just contact us by email.
Do the prices include VAT?
No, all prices shown are before VAT. The applicable VAT (21%) will be added to the final invoice. Except for individual access prices, which do include VAT.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
No commitment. You can cancel at any time. Access is maintained until the end of the contracted period.
